What format are the files in?
The song file is an MP3 which can be played on all MP3 players, including iPods. You can listen to it on your computer using your favorite music player software, including iTunes and Winamp.
The video is available in both QuickTime and Windows Media (.wmv) format. When you download the video you'll be emailed the link to download either format. In general, Windows users will want to download the Windows Media version and Mac users will want to download the QuickTime version.
What software do I need to view the videos?
Windows: The Windows Media version will play in Windows Media Player, which is included with Windows. The QuickTime version will play in QuickTime Player, which is available at http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
Mac: The QuickTime version will play in QuickTime Player, which is included with MacOS X. In order to view the Windows Media version you should download and install Flip4Mac at http://www.flip4mac.com/wmv_download.htm which will allow you to play the video within QuickTime Player.
Is there DRM on the files?
No, but since this is a fundraiser we ask that you use the honor system and not share the files.
What if I have a problem?
Please send a description of your problem along with your order number to service@takeourcountryback.com. Keep in mind that we are a volunteer organization and we will try to reply within 24 hours.
It only costs 99 cents to download a song on iTunes. Why are you asking for so much money?
